Main beam: Height: 550mm, Upper plate: 20mm, Middle plate: 14mm, Lower plate: 20mm, Material: Q345B steel.

Bottom Platform: 5mm thick checkered plate

Gooseneck: Optional

Light: LED light (specially intended for oversea markets)

And we made many improvements for our lowbed trailer to guarantee the quality.

1) The gooseneck is designed to push down to avoid tilting while heavy load. The gooseneck part of main beam is also reinforced with double vertical plate.

2) Side beam adopts “H” shape design, height is 300 mm, width is 140 mm, which match with main beam perfectly. Side beam is welded with high strength steel T700. The bearing capacity is twice that other steels. 

3) Ladder for our low bed trailer is also welded with high strength steel H60. It has strong bearing capacity, and can effectively ensure that the weight of excavators or other heavy equipment can pass through the ladder without deformation and damage.

4) We adopts the Polyurethane paint for all of our trailers which has high adhesion, more beautiful color. It will not fall off after using 5 years.
