The gooseneck for our semi trailer is designed to push down to avoid tilting while heavy load. The gooseneck part of main beam is also reinforced with double vertical plate, so that the deformation is smaller during heavy load.

The bottom plate is 5 mm thick diamond plate, more durable and not easy to be deformed

Side beam adopts “H” shape design, height is 300 mm, width is 140 mm, which match with main beam perfectly. Side beam is welded with high strength steel T700. The bearing capacity is twice that other steels. It will not deform after 10 years of use. What’s more important, at tire part of side beam, we use double plate to reinforce.

In addition, side beam will be supported with inclined support. And material for inclined support is 6 mm thick high strength Q460C. The main beam and side beam is effectively connected into a whole. It greatly increases the carrying capacity and anti-bumping capacity of the low bed trailer. The service life for low bed trailer is longer than 10 years.

Ladder for our low bed trailer is also welded with high strength steel H60. It has strong bearing capacity, and can effectively ensure that the weight of excavators or other heavy equipment can pass through the ladder without deformation and damage. The service life can reach to 5 years. In addition, we use high-quality spring, one person can operate the lift and lower of the ladder easily.
