It's mainly used to transport heavy duty equipment, such as excavator, crane and other construction machinery, the machine as the picture show:

Main beam:

The main beam is made of Q460C high-strength manganese steel (HG60), which has high strength and good toughness. The yield strength of Q460C steel is ≥620Mpa, and its bearing capacity is 5 times greater than the trailers made of Q345 steel.

Side beam:

The side beam adopts "H" shape design and is welded with HG60 steel. The height is 300mm, width is 140mm and thickness is 8mm. Our material is twice the bearing capacity of other steel. So, it will not deform after ten years of use. Anti-bumpiness performance is increased by 3 time

Inclined supports:

Inclined supports are made of manganese plate with thickness of 6mm. 

The inclined supports of 60 tons of side beams and below adopt G-shape fold bending technology, which is more stronger and powerful than normal C-shape.  

The inclined supports of 80 tons of side beams are welded by H-shape high-strength steel.

Ladder/ramp:

The strong and durable ladder is formed by welding high strength steel H60, which has strong bearing capacity and can effectively ensure the passing of heavy excavator and other heavy equipment without deformation or damage to the spring ladders. We use high-quality spring, so one person can easily operate ladder descent and lifting.
