Firstly, the gooseneck for our semi trailer is designed to push down to avoid tilting while heavy load.

The gooseneck part of main beam is also reinforced with double vertical plate, so that the deformation is smaller during heavy load.

To guarantee the bearing capacity, main beam is a key. The material for main beam is high strength manganese steel Q460C, stronger and more durable than ordinary steel.

The main beam height 500 mm, and thickness of upper plate and lower plate reach 20mm, width of upper plate and lower plate is 200mm. which ensures the bearing capacity.

The side beam for our lowbed trailer adopts “H” shape design, height is 300 mm, width is 140 mm, which match with main beam perfectly. Side beam is welded with high strength steel T700.

The bearing capacity is twice that other steels. It will not deform after 10 years of use. What’s more important, at tire part of side beam, we use double plate to reinforce.

Ladder for our low bed trailer is also welded with high strength steel H60. It has strong bearing capacity, and can effectively ensure that the heavy equipment can pass through the ladder without deformation and damage. The service life can reach to 5 years. In addition, we use high-quality spring, one person can operate the lift and lower of the ladder easily.

It’s worth mentioning that we use polyurethane paint for our trailers. This kind of paint has higher adhesion and will not fall off after using five years.
