Now I would like to share some important strengths of our flatbed trailer, so that you can have a better understanding to how our flatbed trailers help you save cost.
1.Main beam
We adopt the Low carbon high strength alloy steel Q345 to make the main beam , so it has the higher load-carrying capacity and longer service life more than 10 years.
The main beam is integral without welded interface. We use automatic submerged ARC welding technology to weld the main beam. There is no welded joints between the upper, middle and lower plates of the beam, so it can ensure the integrality of the main beam and make the beam more solid and durable.
2.Multiple reinforcement of the main beam and gooesneck.
1).Vertical reinforcements to the main beams.
2).The bottom plate of the main beam’s gooseneck part is reinforced by double plates, so the trailer deformation is small when carrying heavy load, which is better for use.
3.Polyurethane paint
We adopt the Polyurethane paint for all of our trailers which has high adhesion, more beautiful colors, and the cost is twice of ordinary paint. The strength is the paint will not peel off after more than five years of use。
4.Side beams and crossbeams
We use thick wall steel 160mm U-shape steel, and it is higher than other factories’ 140mm.
We use thick wall steel 100mm U-shape steel. All crossbeams are reinforced by inclined supports frame and the distance between two frames is no more than 500mm. So the trailer will not easily deform.
We have 6 beams under the floor plate. It effectively ensure the flatness of the floor plate.

5.Floor plate
The floor plate is the 3mm diamond plate, It is thicker than the 2.5mm or 2mm floor plate of other factories. The floor plate is strong and durable, and is not easy to deform.
6.Suspension system
We use the reinforced suspension on our trailer, 70mm center balance pin. In the front and rear of the suspension, left and right are reinforced, considering dirt and poor road conditions.
7.The twist locks
The twist locks do not damage the structure of side beams, which ensures the strength of beam. The crossbeam fixing container adopts the larger and thicker 120mm U-shape steel.
8.Package
Package: The low bed trailer will be sprayed with wax and then covered by the waterproof rain cloth in case of sea water corrosion during shipping.
