The floor plate of Titan low bed trailer is the 5mm diamond plate, It is thicker than the  4mm floor plate of other factories. The floor plate is strong and durable, and is not easy to deform.

The main beam is made of Q460C high-strength manganese steel (HG60), which has high strength and good toughness. The yield strength of Q460C steel is ≥620Mpa, and its bearing capacity is 5 times greater than the trailers made of Q345 steel.
